I am running in the Recovery Steps 5k tomorrow. I found the c25k program pretty easy to follow. It was easier to run on the treadmill at 24 Hour Fitness, than to run outside. I am pretty slow, but am improving,
and once I've lost a little more weight. I think I can improve my times. I am really happy with my progress, and have lost about 11 pounds since I started. Any ideas as to a running program, to follow the c25k?
