Ok so im 15 1/2 and im 6'2'' 160lbs. I lift 3 days a week but i want to do more. I can get my fingers over the rim almost all the way but cant hold on to it yett. I want to dunk and i know mid season next year ill be able to but i need to now before camp. I have huge hands and can palm a ball easillllyyy. So i need prolly about 6 more inchs on my vert at least. I am really willing to go through any workout program no matter how hard but i want serious results. Im a freshman i dont have a job so i dont have the money to buy a vert jump program. But I need to dunk. I need the vert and ill do anything no matter how hard it is so please give me your INTENSE workouts thank you. p.s. any other guys around 6'2'' who can dunk please tell me ur vert and any other tips on dunking!thanks
So im 15 as well 5'6" and i need 3-4 inches till i am able 2 dunk...The things i do is Calf raises(i believe thats then name) u keep on going from ur tippy toe 2 ur flat foot..trust me it rlly works...also jumps alot...try jumping and clapping back board repeatedly
