I started this program in January, and I have about four weeks to go before my first half marathon. Over the weekend, I ran my first 10 mi competively with a pace of 11:20. This program combined with some serious food choices has definitely prepared me for the half. I feel more confident now having completed the training, and have already recommended this program to all of my friends. I'll be using the post training program right away, and have crazy thoughts of doing it again later this year. Thanks so much, and I hope to see you again soon!
