I've found this by following a friend I met on ww website. Anyway I'm starting C25K tomorrow. I've been doing my own sort of interval training on the treadmill at the gym trying to push myself but it wasn't working as I don't like watching the timer. I think th app I downloaded for my ipod touch will work better and that and some great music.
So my question is anyone else starting tomorrow?
