    hi! you might want to try a hat or visor or sweatband. nike and under armour makes hats with the "dri-fit" technology that not only keeps the sweat from pouring down your face, but it also drys quickly instead of just pooling around your hairline.

    sQoosh Bands are the answer. Give one a try. They are a new company in Florida and apparently invented by a guy doing a Half Iron Man. They have a Facebook Page and Twitter account I think.    Buy them online here...

    Same here!  It's either a bondi band or a dri fit visor.  I like the Pearl Izumi ones because they make smaller ones for women's heads.
