I sprained my ankle 6 months ago and it is still bothering me from time to time it is probably 90% healed, how can I get my ankle back to 100%

    There isn't really a way. Maybe stay off of it for a little.

    Seek medical advice first! That's one of the most important things you can do early on, even with slight injuries such as sprained ankles. You can just hurt yourself worse by handling it on your own.  That being said, staying off of it completely is probably not in your best interest. Exercise with a slight injury, when taken in moderation, can help the body heal.  I wouldn't recommend doing your usual basketball routine on it until it's completely healed though. Get an ankle brace and play every other day, or 3-4 times a week.


    Again, go to the doctor first.

    i sprianed my ankle once, all i needed was a ankle brace then it wuz cool

    i did the same thing about a month ago and mines bout 90% as well.  The best thing you can do is go to physical therapy. Theyll show you exercises you can do to stregthen your ankle
