Did anyone bike to work today for National Bike to work Day? It's a good excuse to cross train. I rode 9 miles to work today, and I have to ride back later on today. Then I am supposed to do W6D2 of C25K, but we'll see how I feel after the last 9 miles. Ha Ha. Hope everyone is on 2 wheels today.
