Knee Problems. Need Advice.

Ok i have Osgood Slaughters and Patella Tendenitis in my knees right now and i am debating if i should start training right now or rest 2-3 weeks.

I am leaning towards training but need advice.

really dude? i have osgood schlatter disease too! i train only 3 times a week because i could even get alot more worse. but before i play i warmup 10 minutes and i use a knee brace! if u dont have a knee brace go now and get one it will help u so much. and strrenghten your quads so it hurts less. and strech 4 or 3 times a DAY to get better and better that what i have been doing for the past 2 month. how old were u when u had it?
