Im a tall and slender bball player. Everyone knows that the tall and slender type are prone to knee injury. what are some workouts/exercises for my legs [mainly my knee] that would help prevent any knee or leg injury.
Just do lots of leg excersises like calf raises and stuff. Also if u run alot then it will strengthen ur legs. If ur rly concerned avout getting knee injuries the best thing to do is get braces for ur knee. I have had alot of ankle problems but i have a brace and it helps. Also if u have one of those stretchy elastic bands u prob could use those. Put it around ur foot and pull back then extend ur leg then bring it back in, stuff like that
