Any success stories with the Dukan diet?

I'm seeing a lot of hype on the Dukan diet, but always from people trying to sell me something. Has anyone had success with this diet who is NOT selling anything? I'd really like an unbiased review.  Here is an overview of the Dukan diet, if anyone's curious.

    Started the diet 3/26/11...have lost 32lbs( and I am an older female).  It is very difficult to do but if ur ready to lose it will work.  There is absolutely no room for cheating on this. You also have to incorporate moderate exercise.   If you stick to this W.O.E you won't be unhappy.  I strongly suggest reading the book and the method behind the approach.  Good LUCK!
