I over the course of 5 years have naturally through diet and nutrition lost 108 pounds. I have had 3 children weight skyrocketing to 200 pounds with each child. I am now 112. I have been at my goal weight for a year! I am a strict vegetarian and I eat very clean! I work out everyday anywhere between 2-4 hour blocks. Weight training 3x a week as well as biking, swimming, running, and ellipticals. I have what seems to me leftover abdominal fat. I HAVE to be missing a link somewhere. Any and all advice is appreciated. Ps: I also eat lots of veg protiens and no refined carbs. Cosmetic surgery can't be my only answer..Thank you in advance for your help
Do you do any particular ab workouts? It sounds like you are doing everything right. Maybe a new workout routine would help. Have you tried Rev Abs? Let me know if you're interested and I can send you additional information and testimonials for people that it has worked for.
