I've been eating a low carb (1-2 servings a day) for about the past two months. I was following the P90X diet and have decided to strickly focus on training instead of doing the P90X program. My diet is lean meats with lots of fruits and veggies and keeping the carbs in check. After a real hard workout I drink a protien shake. I'm on W1D3 of C25K and planning on a 5K this fall. I'm trying to losing weight while I train but I know I need to eat enough of the right things for my body to work with. Any advice??
