Was terrified of week 3, day 1 complete and now I'm so scared of next week...

I was amazed that I can jog for 3 minutes straight and I'm not intimidated by the rest of this week anymore.  Does the fear of the unknown ever go away?  Maybe when you're done with the program?


I've always avoided any physical activity because of weight I've lost 56lbs. and started c25K to challenge myself.  I still have weight to lose and I don't want to be intimidated or a failure any more.  I will succeed no matter how long this takes.
