i had the same problem when i was 8 years old.i am 12 years old now.you should dribble the 100 times with each hand.if you cant do it then keep on trying.

Try playing a different sport like baseball, but throw/pitch with your non-dominant hand to strengthen your wrist. This worked for me, but not many other people said this worked
What ever you do with your on-hand, do it with your off-hand.
Dribble 100 times with both hands
25-75 In-n-Outs both hands
100 between the legs both sides
10-50 Behind the Backs
