I just finished week one of couch to 5k. After the first run I was having pain in my right foot, though after running the second run of the first week I realized it was due to the slope of the street. I run on side streets in a quiet suburb where there is little to no traffic. There aren't any flat level trails that I can run on, and I definitely don't have the money to join a gym to run on a treadmill (broke college student). The street isn't dramatically sloped, it's just the normal slope to prevent flooding.
Is there anyone else that is having this problem?
Is this something I'm just going to have to get used to?
Thank you much!
