I need help on how to get my vertical jump higher. I know squats and stuff but what are some other exercises i can do to increase my vertical jump.

look up jack cascio on youtube...he has lots of good home workouts for ur vert...they rlly help

Find a chin-up bar type thing thats about a foot and a half away from you're standing reach. Jump up and grab onto it, make sure its sturdy, and do a few chin-ups. Repeat this until you're sweating everywhere, an easy way to find that is to chichi if your shins are sweating. Trust me, I've been doing this for a few months everyday and got from a 17" vertical to a 35" vertical.
