i need a basketball workout routine for going into high school, i have been working out for 3 years so i can do most excersises. please help and comment
heres wat i do i run a mile, dribbling drills for 15 minuites, shooting drills 20 minuites and lift waights at the end
what type of wieght exercises do u do
run a mile do dribbling drills for 1 hour shoot 300 shots lift 40lbs weigts 10 times
