I broke my toe last weekend and I'm in a walking boot for 4 weeks and have a 1/2 marathon in November. I am used to going to boot camp 3 days a week and playing tennis. Not being able to do anything is going to drive me crazy. What can I do in the meantime?
Do you swim? Can you ride a bike? There are plenty of cross training options available.

swim? we have a machine at the gym in the cardio area where you sit on a seat and then pedal with your hands... looks kind of like a reverse bike... maybe you can find one of those
There are a number of aerobic crosstraining options while you can't run. You can also mix and match them.
If you have access to a pool and like to swim for exercise, that will put no stress on your foot.
If you have access to gym equipment, you should be able to ride an exercise bike or use a rowing machine without putting any pressure on the toe.
You can do upper body weight training, and most lower body weight training as well.
