Learn to become a more efficient, stronger and healthier runner. 


WHAT:
•   Group and one-on-one coaching from Natural Running certified coaches 
•   Natural Running training and drills 
•   Postural and stride analysis 
•   On-site physical therapist, acupuncture and ART practitioners 
WHEN: Sunday, July 17th (11am to 5pm; 1-hour break for lunch) 
WHERE: Nobel Athletic Fields & Recreation Center (8810 Judicial Drive, San Diego, CA 92122) 
COST: $139 ($99 for Breakaway Training Members currently enrolled in a Personalized Training Program or active TCSD members)
Natural Running Clinic     
**Registration must be paid in full prior to the start of the clinic and is on a first-come first-served basis**
HOST: Breakaway Training Coaches and Staff 
DIRECTIONS:
From  Interstate 805 North: Take the Nobel Drive Exit and go left on to Nobel  Drive. Turn right on Judicial Drive at the first light. 
From  Interstate 805 South: Take the La Jolla Village Drive and head West.  Turn left on to Towne Center Drive. Turn left on to Nobel Drive, then go  left on to Judicial Drive.
