Tennessee Lightning 97 Open Tryouts This Saturday and Sunday

Looking to see whats out there in Middle Tennessee, 14U 97 or 98 Birthdays, All positions will be considered because we are ready to make a serious run to the ASA nationals next year. Lightning 97 placed in the top three of 4 of 6 tournaments this past year. (13th place in USFA 40ft open world series) in Panama Cityout of 68 (A and B teams). (1st LHSL League), Lightning 97 keeps growing. We want more.

We are very proud of the group of parents and kids we have. Taking a short break for 2 weeks and get back in the dirt August 6th and August 7th.

Tryouts- 9:00 Saturday Walter J Baird Middle School Lebanon.

4:00 Sunday Walter J Baird Middle School Lebanon.

Winter and Fall- Indoor hitting and pitching lanes (Cedar Creek)

More Lightning 97 info for the 2011 fall 2012 Summer

Fall 2011 All College Exposures tournaments we can find
Team Fees- we have paid for all new uniforms and by working 1 week and weekend during the year, we are set. Team fees will vary depending on how much you work.
Winter- indoor team conditioning, team hitting and pitching, team skills improvement
Spring to Summer- travel more to College Exposure and play up in the 16u tournaments
Practice will be in Lebanon at the New Winfree Bryant Middle School.
We just need a couple of players, thats it!!!! All postions will be open, thats what we said all postions.

Fall is when there is change, especially in Middle Tennessee. Teams re-group, players look to see whats out there, do you move up to 16U when your 97? Do you try for a team? Wow lots to think about..........I really do like our team, I like the way the girls come play softball, they bring it and they enjoy playing. 1 week left!!!!!!!!!! We just need a couple.

Saturday 9:00-11:00 at Walter J Baird Middle School , Lebanon TN
Sunday 4:00-6:00 at Walter J Baird Middle School, Lebanon TN

We want girls that want to play with us, want to be on a team that puts TEAM first. Parents supporting all players, players supporting players. No heads down on this team.

Week left to join the Lightning 97

14U 97 and 98 players are looking for a place they can call home in Middle Tennessee.

Lightning 97 coaches have been looking at players for a long time, we will not ask to join us
you have to make that step.

All positions will be open

This is the last chance to join Lightning 97 this year, we have a short window to pick up a few players and start moving forward with this team.

We just like seeing our girls playing softball and playing softball well.

Lightning 97 wants more, we encourage tryouts for all positions, and we mean it. How hard is it to get on a established team and really have a chance to start if your better. Our players want it, we want it.
