Couch to 10 K- Week 5

I wanted some advice before I did my run tonight. Last week during the Couch to 10K I was so burnt out by runs 7-10. What should I do this week? Go on to Week 6, repeat week 5, or slow down my pace? I work out on a treadmill and pace myself from 4.9-5.6 (depends on how I feel.)
