It is everybody’s craving to have a good figure but very few people  are able to keep up with their urge. Inspite of the daily busy schedule,  people tries to do some sort of workout and the most popular among them  is walking. But just walking once in a week will not do any good.

Walking can be done into two intervals:  20 minutes after having breakfast or 30 minutes after the supper. Apart  from keeping fit, if you want to lose weight or want to lose calories  then it is necessary to maintain a walking about 5 miles each day or  10,000 steps.  Using of stairs instead of elevator is also useful.  Walking is only can be said as the start of the exercise regiment but  one cannot burn a lots of calories only by walking.
