Where's my Kumbaya and how do I get it back?

Is it really all in my head? I switched from training for road racing to trails and feel like I'm back on week two or three. Some days ten minutes is an eternity. I know the surface is more demanding and that is not my question. My body is saying, "I can't run another step," and my mind is saying, "with all that you've done, you should be able to do this easily." So when you feel like you will fall out if I have to take another step, how do you deal? Has it worked? Wher

I may be slow but I'm persistant.

Goals: 5k under 30 min.; HM under 2 hr.; AG award in the USAF HM! and one full marathon.

It won't be easy but it will be worth it!
