Everything in moderation.
Why deprive yourself of something you enjoy? If you like them, just have one every now and then, and consider it a well-deserved treat.
If you eat more than a dozen per week, and complain about not losing any weight.. well, then that's a whole other thread.

Krispy Kreme!!!! Hot Donuts When Light is Flashing...........
The only time I hate donuts is when I'm craving one, and I don't have one.
they are also free when the lite is on.. and ONLY 200 cals per donut!!! not bad at all..
dunkin ones are more...
Did any of you guys see that segment on the Food Network where a ballpark in the midwest serves cheeseburgers with a cut in half Krispy Kreme doughnut used as the bun? People were saying that it's good; sounds disgusting to me.
I have to lose some el bees before I enjoy a donut again.
My favorite: apple fritters and glazed cinnamon rolls (not the nasty mall type)

If you ever find yourself in the New Bedford, Mass. area (yeah I know...why would you want to?)....there is a place on Acushnet Avenue called Ma's Donuts. By far, blows anything that DD's or Krispy Kreme has. Seriously.
