This was last week's training log. Ended up with 52 miles for the week. I'm also doing 1/2 hour sessions of bootcamp on Mondays and Fridays, with 3 mile bicycle ride to the class, following by 6-10 mile ride back home. I have been keeping a consistent base over 40 miles per week since the Boston Marathon in April. This was a successful and busy week. I achieved a new PR at the 10 mile race, 1:06:01, which is an improvement of 1 minute from a 10 mile race in November.
