Strength, Speed & Agility Training for Athletes in Indianapolis

I have trained tennis players, softball players, and baseball players in the Indianapolis area for the past 5 years. My name is Brian Slack and I have worked with softball organizations training players within a team and invidually.  These athletes under my supervision have built muscle in their upper body, lower body, while also work on the mental aspect.  The sessions either with the team or individually last 1 hour and can be once, twice, or three times a week.
