toning with weights

Figured I ask the women here what kind of weight lifting will help tone the back of my arms (the stuff that will wobble when I wave when I'm older ) and help firm up my pectoral area (boobies) after breast feeding 2 kids.  I am a runner and I do understand the benefits of cross training but none of it seems to give me focus on these areas its usually core work with pilates, biking and yoga
