The Texas Aces Express is building on our many successes of the past season by adding to our already strong roster of athletes. We are seeking bracket level pitchers and strong utility players, however, all positions are open and we encourage healthy competition for all roster spots. We will be holding our final try out on SUNDAY, AUGUST 21st from 3:00-6:00 at BAYLAND PARK, 6400 Bissonnet St, Houston, TX 77074-6520. Bayland Park is located in the Bellaire / West University / Meyerland area.
From 10U to Gold, the Texas Aces Express teams all strive to represent the best through our athletes, coaches and parents. We stress fundamentals and the strategic side of the game, with great focus on player attitude and effort. The Aces Express teams, including Gold, have a great history of national success. We stress Attitude and Effort, key ingredients that allowed all our departing seniors a choice of schools and scholarships. This is mentored down into the entire group of teams, producing players that are mentally and physically ready to play and learn at the Gold level. Our Gold coach strongly encourages interaction between our Gold programs and the younger teams to foster stronger play and interaction between players of all ages.
The Aces Express family firmly believes that our primary responsibilities to our athletes are to:
- Provide safe, disciplined and structured environments in both training and competition;
- Establish positive relationships and respect between the players, their families, coaches, and the community as a whole;
- Train our athletes at the highest level possible with the primary performance objective of high-level team and personal success.
