Tuesday 8/16 runs

I had a great track workout this morning!  Nice and low humidity out there today.  Ran 8 miles, with 6 x 600M repeats at about 5k pace in the middle of the workout.  Finished strong.  At this point in training, my legs and body should be feeling really abused,  But, actually, I feel great!  <yes, I'm knocking on wood!>    Have a great day, folks!
