Hi! I am training iwith Team in Training for the inaugural Tinkerbell Half Marathon in Anaheim, CA in January 2012. As part of my training, I am also running the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on October 1st. Breast cancer will affect most of us at one time in our life or another. If you are not touched personally or with blood relatives, you'll probably know a co-worker, friend or other acquaintance who has battled with breast cancer. The Komen Foundation has funded research projects, helped pay for mammograms for women in need, provided education to the community and provided support to those having to deal with this terrible diagnosis. Please consider supporting this great organization by donating via my fundraising page. Any amount helps and if I can raise $100 that will be enough to cover a mammogram for one woman/man in need. Please visit my Komen Race for the Cure fundrasing page at: http://lubbock.info-komen.org/goto/beth_hardy
Hi Everyone! I have a new fundraiser to benefit Komen Race for the Cure. These key chains are made by a young lady who has survived her own bout with cancer (not breast cancer) and now makes these to help her parents fund her travels with her dance group...
The small print says: "Each day...each donation...a step closer to a cure."
If you would like to order one or more of these, please click on the picture and it will bring you to my fundraising page. Simply click on the "Donate to Beth" button just above the fundraising thermometer and make a donation of $5 for each key chain that you would like. For instance, if you want 2 key chains you'd make a $10 donation. Please be sure to make a note in the comments area as to your total number of key chains ordered so that I can differentiate from a purchase and a straight up donation. Thanks for your support!
Please help me win a $250 grant for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by voting daily through Sept 15th at the link below:

This is a great cause and can help find a cure for blood cancers! Thanks!
