I'm doing the Chi Running 10k Walk/Run training program. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a podcast that I could listen to on my mp3 player as I run. I have a lot of them for the Couch to 5k program, but not Chi.
I didn't even know Chi running had a "program" like c25k. I've read a little about the technique. Have you used their programs? Which one are you doing? I just checked out the site and see they have a lot of different ones for varying fitness levels and distances.

I just found out last year. I bought the book (Chi Running) which led me to their website (chirunning.com). They have training plans that are available for purchase in booklet form, however I got lucky and won one in a free drawing. (Shocking because I NEVER win anything!)
Anyway, they do have interval training. I have the 10k in 10 weeks traning program book and you have the option to do a "run only" training program or a "walk/run", which is what I'm going to do. I admit that I haven't started yet, but before getting pregnant last year and having a baby in May, I did c25k and loved it. I'm really hoping this Chi training program will be get back into the swing of things.
