I have been jogging since April and about a week ago I noticed pain at the base of my second and thrid left toes. It hurts if I curl them or extend them backwards. I do not really want to go to the Dr's office as I am sure they will tell me to rest for a period of time. I have my first 5k coming up in September and do not want to miss it. Has anyone had a similar injury and can anyone tell me what the issue is???
