So today I was just searching for plyometric vertical exercises when I came across a website that claimed it had the right answers. I went on the site and it told me about 10 exercises. No equipment needed and is completely free. All you need is a miniture footstool or one that can withstand your weight and is small and not fancy or a box or something like that. If you use a footstool make sure it's not fancy. I did a workout starting at low repition and boy it worked well. The link for the website is http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/plyometricexercises.html
If it's not working well enough try upping your repitions and jumping platform you jump on top of. You should be seeing results in about one week. It could just be one or two inches but don't get to greedy. It takes time to increase your vertical. And it is totally free and won't cost you a penny.
"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."-Michael Jordan
