Hi everyone. I am trying this out . It seems difficult to reply to the threads. How is everybody else doing this ?.
Any way. I ran 4 miles and ride 4 miles today. It was a great workout.
Dan, Running at Big Bear sounds nice. I hear it's pretty up there. I ran 7 today down in Palmdale, pretty easy pace around 9 min/mile. Out and back, uphill the first 2.5 miles, then flat along the California Aquaduct, which is breathtaking. I picked it up on the way back which is mostly downhill, last mile was at 6:28.
Next race is the Palos Verdes Half Marathon on May 19th. Would be nice to get in the 1:31:xx range.

I ran 4.5 off road miles at a local ski hill yesterday evening. 39 degrees and very windy made me stay on the steep wooded trails.
