All weather, all surface shoes?

I  normally wear Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11 for my runs so a natural move to water resistant or waterproof shoes would be the Brooks Adrenaline ASR GTX (GorTex and waterproof) or Adrenaline ASR (water resistant). I live in an area in the middle of a drought right now, but when/if it does rain/snow I want to be prepared...I really dislike to feeling of wet feet.I haven't had much luck in finding other all surface or even straight up trial shoes for moderate over pronators. Any suggestions? I do like the feel of Sauconys and have also owned ASICS and New Balance at one time or another as a non-runner. I'm definitely not a fan of Mizuno.

One other question...for those of you running in the winter in snow what do you use to keep traction? Does a trail shoe suffice? I have a hard enough time walking on ice let alone trying to there something I can use to add traction so I can continue to run outside on roads that tend to build up ice? Thanks for any suggestions.

For traction issues, I hear that YakTrax are great! I plan to buy some this year but there are YakTrax owners on the board who can confirm this.
