    Yes, I wear A net G-string  Will I wear them all the time  . It feels like you not waring any thing at al  cooler , and they don't ride up

    Some of my running shorts have the undies built in, but for the pants/shorts that don't...I too, run commando.  I find it a lot more comfortable, and I chafe less this way.

    I did say I run in a g- string  ( that what I always wear , home ,work or play ). My running pants don't have a lining in them  I don't like them   if I don;t wear the G I go with out  ( FREE)  So you mat want to try that . It's l almost like running in a NUDE race.  ( www sunny rest resort. com  )the bouncing Buns Run in June 23/12 in PA

    I go commando.  In coldest weather I wear performance long underwear I bought at Road Runner Sports.

    commando. no bunching or rubbing elastic, if my running shorts have a liner i just cut it out. in winter running tights, its like nothing but no rubbing chafing. also compression shorts for same reason.

    Lots of time will all the time . my shorts don't have a lining in them , So i run wearing  g-string or nothing under the short  , the g G does help hole every thing in places .
