I completed the Baystate Half Marathon this weekend with an official time of 1:26:01 (gun time). This was my tempo run in preparation for the NYC Marathon. The temperature was nice and comfortable for running. This was a double loop course, and there was a slight head wind as you headed out from the start. On the way back, obviously, the wind was at your back, and helped to regain some time. I ran with the New Balance 890 with REVlite shoes. The legs felt fine during, and after the race. I am well acclimated to the shoe, and look forward to running in them in NY.
There were a few New Balance Digital Ambassadors also running half marathons this weekend. How was your race? If you didn't race, how is your training coming along?
