Started out this morning at 5, with my running partners Will and Ken for our midweek long run. This has been our typicall Wednesday plan, where we started out with 8-9 miles in the early phases, ramped up to 10-11, and capped at 12 miles for the last month. The next couple of weeks, the midweek long run tappers down to 10 or less miles. So today's 12 miles took us through some good size hills. We finished just over 1:30 with an overall pace of 7:30.
