I am a Senior in High School and am extremely dedicated. I enjoy vigourous workouts, getting up at early hours,eating health, and love to swim...some think I am crazy. My goal is to swim in collge and I am looking at going to a Division 1 school but need to get my into better shape (as I have just finished my water polo season) and for someone to help designate my workouts in the pool and dryland, also the best things to eat while training. I have been swimming for 4 years and am not the fastest at the moment but and willing to work extremely hard. I have 8 months to kick my butt into shape but I need some sort of guidance. I am also willing to hire a professional for a reasonable amount of money. This a huge goal that I am looking to get started with soon, let me know if anyone has any sort of help.
