We are looking for serious, hard working dedicated players and parents that are team oriented and looking for and organization that they can grow with. Cardinal athletes develop skills through hustle, heart, determination, hard work, loyalty, consistency and the desire to play softball at the elite level. A big part of our player development includes building players' "versatility", which will enhance their play at the next level.
