Do you live on the Central Coast and seek a fun, community walk to get involved in? Look no further! We need YOU because you are the heart (and "sole"!) of the MDA Muscle Walk! The MDA Muscle Walk is a series of local walk events across the country held to raise awareness and raise funds for children and adults served by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The Central Coast Muscle Walk is a family-oriented gathering and light exercise for everyone — children, adults, grandparents, students, corporate teams and more. Join us as we stroll around beautiful Waller Park in Santa Maria on Saturday, January 28th, 2012! Join us after the 5K walk for goodies, giveaways, awards and entertainment. Registration starts at 10:00am with a warm up at 10:40. The Muscle Walk starts at 11:00am. See you there!
