Do core body strengthening ( pushups, pull ups, abdominals ) and then get on the court and do suicides and lateral exercises.
Most importantly, nothing will change your condition unless you watch what you eat. You can work all you want, but if you're living on pizza, eating junk food, and drinking nothing but sugar drinks ( yes Gatorade is pure sugar!! ), then you might as well forget it my friend.
It takes discipline, but if you want it bad enough, then you're not looking for easy.

A lot of it is eating healthier. A way I lost weight was not excercising all day. Just eating less junk food, and more healthy food. If you solely focus on eating, and increase your amount of excersis by a medium amount it will help you lose weight. You should preferably focus on cardio. I put a punching bag in my basement, so I can punch it while watching TV.
