Basketball Practice Started And We Do 2-a-Days, We Do Conditioning In The Morning And I'm Sore, After The After School Practice, I'm barely Walking, What Can I Do To Become Less Sore?
I did this when I was playing D-1 basketball. The best way, and it's not easy, is to soak your legs in a tub of ice in the evening . Trust me, your legs will feel much better the next day.
The soreness will get better once you are in shape. In the future, it's always better to come into the preseason IN shape. It's much easier on the body.
