The Spring Valley Stingers 11U travel ball team seeks one more player. An established - Above average catcher.(ONLY)

We are playing in a tournament on Dec 29-30 (2011) and could really use 1 extra player as two players are out of town. If this player excels, he MAY be offered a long term position with the team.

We are looking for one player. If you volunteer - you would be expected to make nearly every practice, (2 per weekend usually) learn the signs, and be available for said tourney (located in Lakeside CA)

Please note: We would not normally seek a player established at a position but our backup catcher may not be available for this tourney. If you sign on - you are entering a team of 11 kids who recently won the American League bracket of the USABF Holiday Cheer Tourney and has been together less than 6 months. Our team is competitive, inexpensive, and we don't play favorites. If you play for us, we expect perfection from the first play of the game, and we expect you to get better after that. If you agree to play with us - we will guarantee playing time on pool play day and at least a few innings on bracket day. You may be sitting the bench on bracket day when our starting catcher is not pitching.
