What a relief Kevin.
Sorry, I did re-register. Now what?
Kevin, I was hoping you could restore my log. I re-registered like a lot of others.
Thanks for being on top of this.
rachelsrun - seems ok as it is
Me fifty-three, or whatever we're up to now. So sorry - this really sucks for you guys! Now, I know never to reregister again.
Btw, I saw some folks talking about backing up their logs - how does one do that? I can't seem to find the original thread where I asked.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
Crap I was scared I just lost three years of data.
We backup your logs (daily, weekly etc) as part of the server due process. We can restore an individual running log from a backup copy.
You can download your own individual logs as a CSV file:
and we recommend that for various reasons on a regular basis, But you cannot upload/restore a downloaded running log.
Thank You Very Much
I'm in some odd limbo
my log was never lost - but my posts are cleared and stuck at zero
if you can fix me up that would be great
I'm in a similar state to arc918. I don't have a log... but I also have a post count stuck at zero.
Actually, I don't even really care about my post count (aside from the possibility that not incrementing may mean that the database is getting more goofed). I would like my Date Registered to return to the actual value August 2004. If possible.
