I'm one and happy as can be. I'm in the best physical shape of my life, very pleased with my achievements and motivated to keep running as long as I can without causing major injuries to my body. I have never in my life been a runner but I WILL be a runner when I'm 50. That will be this year. I know there are a lot of senior runners out there and I think it's awesome.
