5K to 10K?

Anyone going to go for 10K after 5K? Anyone know of a great program like c25k to prepare you for 10k?

    5K to 10K?

There is a Bridge to 10K (10 weeks) and an Ease into 10K (6 weeks), just like C25K.

    5K to 10K?

I plan on doing the B210k programme from www.b210k.com when i finish my c25k in the next week or so..

Dont think I am going to jump straight in but will have maybe three weeks perfecting 5k in 30 mins. I have my first 5k in March and once I have that in the bag I will move on with the Bridge to 10k app from the site , I evjoyed the c25k app I downloaded to my iTouch and will order the b210k one in March.

    Good luck with yours.

Almost 50 years young - was about 340lbs, now about 180 lbs and just started running for the first time in 28 years

Started the c25k dec 2011 and will move onto b210k once I have completed it

First 5k booked for 18th March 2012 - Malaga Spain

First 10k booked for May 27th 2012 - London UK

    5K to 10K?

Did my first 5k in October of 2011 and have been training to do a 10k.  I'm possibly going to run the "worlds best 10k"  in San Juan P.R. in a couple of weeks.  I've been using the Nike+ system on my ipod touch.
