Just started the C25K with two friends here in RI. We had been lifting and doing gym cardio for 7 weeks now and one of us had the idea that we should do a 5k. On the advice of another friend we started the C25K program. It has only been two days but I already enjoy the feeling of getting out and running the trails of the local monastery. The first day was a burn but today was really good. Looking forward to completing this and doing our first 5k.
