I can't seem to get into good physical shape with my knees, ankles and my endurance is low.

I practice a ton and I run a lot but when I get into a game I am always the first one to start getting light headed, deluded, and my breathing gets really heavy. I am trying to improve but Im not sure how. I try to run more and for longer and farther distances but nothing changes. My knees and ankles are also killing me. It could be growing pains but I'm not sure. PLEASE HELP ME.
