How To Choose The Right Pair of Running Shoes

If you are a runner or you want to be a runner, it stands to reason that a good pair of running shoes is a must.  You’ll never be able to accomplish any of your running goals, unless you have the best running shoes for your particular style and your body.  Whether you are someone who likes to run around the block a few times in the evening or a long time marathoner, the shoes that you choose will make a big difference in your overall performance.  Considering the huge selection of shoes that are available to choose from in stores and online, learning what to look for is an important part of the equation.

    This is just a marketing piece, full of unproven assertions and general BS.  Statistics tend to show that the more you spend on shoes the higher your rate of injury.  Go figure.
